The manufacturing process of steel coils is mainly divided into steel hot rolling, cold rolling, hot galvanizing, cold galvanizing and color coating. Among them, hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel coils are the most common manufacturing processes.
1. Hot-rolled steel coil manufacturing process: the process of rolling steel billets (that is, the raw materials for the production of steel) into steel coils at high temperatures. In the production process of hot-rolled steel coils, the steel finally becomes a steel coil through initial rolling, fine rolling and final rolling.
